LWY Constructions Pty Ltd is a registered domestic (unlimited CDB-U54385 ) and commercial (medium rise CB-L21891) builder in Victoria and a member of the Master Builders Association of Victoria. We have our own building team of permanent project managers and skilled carpenters as well as a prefabricated lightweight steel framing factory.
LWY Constructions specializes in medium size projects such as medium rise residential and commercial buildings, medical centers, offices, new homes, multi-unit developments, shops and restaurants, schools and colleges, aged care and child care centers, factory & warehouses, shop fit-outs.
We have developed an extensive knowledge in the building industry, combined with our strong design background as consulting architects and engineers, we have the in depth knowledge to manage the proposed project from start to completion assisting our clients to achieve their desired goals.
Our associate architectural design team will identify and address any issues at the very early stage to minimise the developer’s risk and maximise the development returns. We value manage the project so as to direct the consultant teams in providing the best solution for the project.
